Terms and Conditions for AloEx Green Club Membership

Terms and Conditions of AloEx Green Club Membership (“Terms of Service”) are an agreement between Nasaema Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) and the customer who has registered as a member of AloEx Green Club (“Member/You”). Members can accumulate points by purchasing any AloEx product through the designated channels.

You should read and fully understand the details. If you have any questions, please contact customer service immediately. The terms and conditions are as follows:

Membership Application

  • To register as a member of the AloEx Green Club, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. If there are any changes to this information, you must update it promptly. The company will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
  • To verify the accuracy of your information, after registering as a member for the first time, you must verify your identity via email. You will receive one email containing a link specifically for verifying your identity. Only after completing this verification will you be able to place orders on the AloEx website.
  • For members under the age of 15, the company reserves the right to request that a legal guardian sign or provide consent in a membership application consent form.
  • You can register for the AloEx Green Club membership free of charge. Please note that only one membership is allowed per person.
  • You can contact the Customer Service Department to change or correct the membership information you provided during registration.
  • You agree to and accept all terms and conditions of membership that apply at the time of registration for the platform's services through all channels, including any terms and conditions that may be changed or amended in the future.
  • The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of benefits without prior notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services and/or terminate your website membership immediately without prior notice if the Company becomes aware of or detects that you have provided false information during registration, or have engaged in any inappropriate, unlawful, or morally objectionable conduct, or if there is reasonable cause to believe that you are accessing the website with fraudulent intent.

Point Accumulation

  • You can start earning points immediately after registering as a member of the AloEx Green Club.
  • For every 25 baht spent on your order, you will receive 1 reward point. The number of reward points you receive will depend on each promotion or the company's marketing policies.
  • Point Calculation: Points earned are calculated based on net payments only. Any decimal fractions remaining from the calculation will not be combined with other payment amounts and cannot be redeemed as points.
  • Points will be accumulated and displayed in the system after you confirm receipt of the product or within 7 days after successful delivery.
  • The benefits of the AloEx Green Club are available only for purchases of AloEx products through the official AloEx channels, such as Facebook, LINE, Twitter, Instagram, or the website. www.aloexhair.com
  • Accumulated points will expire on December 31 of each year and cannot be carried over or used in the following year. You can check your accumulated points at https://shop.aloexhair.com/th/profile
  • Reward points cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to other members.
  • The Company reserves the right to determine, modify, and/or cancel the points accumulation rates at any time without prior notice or reason.

Redeeming Loyalty Points

  • Members with sufficient accumulated points who meet the conditions set by the company may exchange their accumulated points for discounts in lieu of cash or rewards, subject to the list of rewards and conditions for redemption as specified in the Member Benefits. AloEx Green Club
  • Once you have redeemed your reward, the points accumulated in your membership account will be deducted according to the number of points used for the redemption, as specified in the applicable redemption terms in effect at the time of redemption. Points will be deducted in the order in which they were first earned.
  • Redeeming rewards must be done before or on the same day as the points expire. Any expired accumulated points that have not been redeemed (if any) will be automatically removed from the member's points account on December 31st of each year.
  • Redeeming rewards is granted to members who request rewards first on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a reward request is made, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions. Points deducted from a member's account cannot be reclaimed under any circumstances.
  • Exchanging rewards for products cannot be selected by color or size.
  • Redeeming reward points as a discount can be used as a discount on the purchase of any AloEx product, provided the discount does not exceed 51% of the total order amount at that time.
  • Members can redeem accumulated points for rewards from December 1 to December 31 of each year. Check the details of the rewards at Member Benefits. AloEx Green Club
  • The company reserves the right to determine and modify the prizes as specified in the terms and conditions related to the redemption/receipt of prizes, including changes to the points required for redemption, without prior notice or explanation.

Membership Cancellation

  • You may cancel your AloEx Green Club membership by contacting our Customer Service Department and stating your intention to cancel. The company will process your request within 3 business days due to the data deletion or destruction process. If the process takes longer than 3 business days, the company will notify the member in advance of the specified timeframe.
  • If you have an order in progress, you can cancel your membership after the order is completed and you have received the product.
  • Cancellation of the membership will result in the immediate cancellation of all accumulated points, and the Company shall have no obligation, liability, or duty to compensate you in any way for the accumulated points. You shall have no claims against the Company.
  • If any fraud, deception, or illegal activity is detected, the company reserves the right to terminate membership without prior notice.
  • The company reserves the right to deny new membership applications to individuals whose membership has been terminated under Clause 4.
