Terms and Conditions for Point Redemption

  • For every purchase of any AloEx product valued at 25 Baht, members will receive 1 reward point.
  • Members can check accumulated points received in the system after confirming receipt or 7 days after delivery.
  • Points earned will be calculated based on net payment only. Decimal fractions left over from the calculation are not combined with other payments and cannot be redeemed for reward points.
  • Reward points can be used as discounts instead of cash. (1 point = 1 Baht) and/or redeemable When you accumulate the required points.
  • Redemption for merchandise cannot be selected or size changed.
  • Points cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged/changed for cash.
  • Points expire on December 31 of each year.
  • Points used as cash discounts or redemptions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Terms and conditions of point accumulation are at the Company's discretion only and reserve the right to change, modify or cancel points accumulation and redemption without prior notice.
  • If any dispute arises regarding the accumulation or redemption of rewards, the Company's decision shall be final.
  • The company reserves the right to change the freebies in case the products are out of stock without prior notice.
